Forbes Solicitors, have promoted Associate Solicitor Tom Smith, to Head up their Dispute Resolution Team.
Tom, who joined Forbes in July 2015, advises in relation to commercial disputes, providing strong, commercial advice to SME’s, partnerships and owner managed businesses across the country. His specialisms include disputes arising from contracts, disputes between shareholders, professional negligence claims and contentious insolvency issues.
“I am delighted to have been given the chance of heading up a strong and proactive team, with great experience and a strong and varied skillset, I look to take it from strength to strength.
